Shipping: Prints

• Both domestic and international shipping rates are automaticllay calculated at checkout based on the item weights, dimensions and delivery location.
• Free customer pick up on both framed and unframed prints.
• Orders are shipped daily between between 10 – 4 pm PST.
• Any order received after 4 pm PST will ship the following day.
• Each print is shipped enclosed in a self-sealing archival sleeve, placed between cardboard within a mailer made with 100% post-consumer recycled material and fully recyclable.

Shipping: Artwork

• Both domestic and international shipping rates are automaticllay calculated at checkout based on the item weights, dimensions and delivery location.
• Free customer pick up on both framed and unframed artwork.
• Orders are shipped daily between between 10 – 4 pm PST.
• Any order received after 4 pm PST will ship the following day.
• Each artwork is placed in an archival plastic sleeve, wrapped in bubble wrap, and professionally shipped in a carefully insulated box.

Estimated Shipping Times

• USA: 3-5 days.
• Rest of the World: 5-30 days.
• Note: I do not offer expedited shipping at the time.

Further Notes On Shipping

• A confirmation email will be sent after your purchase.
• A follow-up email with tracking information will be issued once your order has shipped.
• Please monitor tracking with the appropriate carrier to stay updated on the movement of your order.
• Additional customs duties and taxes may apply on orders outside the US based on local regulations. Upon arrival, the recipient is responsible for all customs clearance procedures as well as any/all associated costs.

Payments

• You can pay securely online via PayPal using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or most other credit and debit cards.

Big Cartel hosts this online shop; we do not store, collect, or handle payment data directly.

Returning Items

In order to return an order, you must first contact me for further information and questioning.

Refund Policy / Return Policy

• The policy is valid for a period of 14 calendar days from the date of the delivery.
• If the period of 14 days has lapsed since the purchase, I can't, unfortunately, offer you a refund.
• If you receive your order and are unsatisfied (i.e., the artwork is damaged or not as described), you can return the product for a refund. Note: return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Proof Of Purchase

The following is required otherwise a refund will not be issued:

• A receipt.
• Purchase order
• Or other proof of purchase.
